Beverly Hills Chihuahua

What kind of person over 12 would want to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua?
I went to the movies with this guy(he is 24). I picked out to see Body of lies and he wanted to Beverly Hills Chihuahua so we went. Why would anyone over 12 want to see that? I mean he is mexican and he said the movie was okay. Though any movie with talking dogs has to be retarded. What do you think should I judge what movie he wanted to see? Would any normal person over 12 want to see that movie?…

My coworker (31) took her husband to this movie. She has chihuahuas, as well as horrible taste. She said she loved it and suggested I see it. Anything she ever suggests to me, I know it'll be bad.
I judge people based on their movies. It says a lot about a person. Sorry, but it's true.

or maybe he just prefers retarded movies that may be funnier or goofy to watch, rather than body of lies.

I do not really know but I am sertain that I would not want to see it even if someone was to take me to it… my female co-worker is about 25-ish and went to see it and really liked it… but again, she has 2 chihuahuas …

I'm in my 30s and I want to go and see it but I feel silly going and watching a kids or family movie by myself. Now when it comes out on DVD I might get it if I'm in the mood for a laugh. I don't think that there is anything wrong with going and seeing these movies if you need to relax or just need a laugh, but if you would rather see this than an action movie or a better movie then there might be something wrong.

I'm 17 and went to go watch it with a few of my nieces and nephews.
I thought the movie was appropriate for all ages.
I left very pleased that my money was well spent.
