Does anyone know where I can find a chihuahua puppy for sale in Toledo, OH?
I am looking for a female chihuahua puppy (hopefully a young baby). Also, I would like a good reputable breeder, not a puppymill, so if you know of a puppymill please do not post a answer on this question. Additionally, I am looking for a chi within the price range of $150-300, AKC papers do not matter to me.
I am not buying it for breeding, upon the correct age I will get my pet spade. I want a girl because I already have a male dog and I do not want doggy dominance in my house.
I'm afraid for $150 to $300 you will buying either from a back yard breeder or puppy miller. Try local rescue groups and petfinder.com.

firstly a good reputable breeder would only sell inferor pups for a price like that. But probably wouldnt even do that. THey may sell older (unbreedable) dogs for that price.
NEVER NEVER from a pet store or anyone who sells to a pet store.
Contact your local dog club, groomers, vets. Ask if they know of anyone with Chihuahuas for sale. I doubt you will find one at that price that is a young pup, but perhaps an older pup or adult.
papers?? NO reputable breeder would sell a pup without papers.
cost?? if that is all you can afford to pay, are you sure you can pay for the dog later? emergency care etc??
I hope you are not buying it for breeding (eg. why female?) because any pup you pay this little for and without papers will NOT be worth breeding.
