You haven’t found a good breeder because

    GOOD BREEDERS DONT BREED TEACUPS!!

A dog is an animal, not a toy. They need excercise and discipline, not to be constantly carried around. “Teacups” are inbred mutants, not real examples of the breed.

You will not find one as there is no such thing as a teacup this is a term of puppy mill and backyard breeders.
If you look at the standard for a chihuahua they should not get over 6 pounds and a 4-5 pound is not big and can easily be carried around….

    LOL No such thing.

It also doesnt matter what size the dog is.. unless its a SERVICE DOG, its not allowed in stores! Besides, dogs are pets, not cute little accessories.

Chihuahuas are already tiny anough at 6 pounds or less. “Teacup” is just a generic label used by irresponsible breeders to sell sickly runts for a high price.. anyone using the term “teacup” is not a good breeder.

Get a teacup dog. They only weigh 1lb when fully grown. Then if you want it smaller, as most do, then you can take it to the vet and have a few of it’s organs removed. Only the non important ones. After the operation it’ll weigh only 600grams.
If you want it smaller, then you can have the heart and brain removed and then have the dog stuffed, then it’ll only weigh around 300 grams fully grown.
The least amount of weight it can be is 100grams, and that’s just for the head without the brain, eyes and skull, etc. Basically just the skin.
if you’re interested in doing this, then just ask your vet.
