Long haired chihuahua training help?
I have a long haired chihuahua and he's really naughty he bites peoples toes, he does not listen. When we say come he doesn't and hes just extremely naughty
I want to know how to teach him to stop without expenses of a dog trainer of special items.
Also, he lives in the house, and he refuses to pee on the pee pad and we have tile floors and it goes all in the grout how do we stop this as well and make him pee on the mat?

Yup, been there! Chi's are stubborn little dogs. You have to outsmart them. Also, hopefully he's a puppy and will grow out of it, mine seems to be getting more obedient as he gets older.
"Come" - When you call him act very excited, and clap your hands together. Give him lots of attention when he does come, and reward him with a puppy treat.
Biting - they think biting is a game. Being told no doesnt work. Act like you are really hurt, withdraw your foot, and yelp in pain like a dog. They need to learn to be gentle, rather than not to put things in their mouth at all.
Peeing - They normally go first thing in the morning and about 20 mins after eating . Just pick your dog up and put him on the mat. Make him stay there until he's gone, while telling him to "go wees" (or similar). When he goes act all excited and tell him what a good boy he is, and give him a puppy treat. When he goes on the tiles, act all stern and tell him "no", pick him up and put him on the pee pad.
Most importantly, you need to be consistent with your behaviour and rewards, and then the puppy will be consistent with his behaviour.

I would respectfully suggest you read a couple of books and watch some videos on raising and training dogs. Also, I recommend two TV shows, "The Dog Whisperer" with Cesar Millan on the National Geographic Channel, and "It's Me or the Dog," with Victoria Stillwell, on Animal Planet. Both programs are very instructive and often deal with the issues you raise here. Good luck!
